Pros

Keane is best place to work if you want to have a job and take it easy. Nobody bothers you with your job and no micro management. Consultants are respected and HR is great in terms of support and answering questions. Good pay package.

Cons

No clear goals. Career growth can be a problem. Nobody does a follow up on utilizing your skills and improvement of the same. You may get unnoticed easily. Somehow you feel like you are just working as an individual and not important to the firm.

Pros

If you are into technical growth, I would recommend it.

Cons

No one talks to each other. Everyone is backstabbing. No one is valued--you are a cog in a machine that can be replaced easily. Also, I am not saying I was the most creative person ever, but I always felt that I was hired to be the exact replica of my boss. My ideas didn't matter unless it was exactly what she was thinking. I was constatnly met with "That's not what I would do..."

One of the best IT company caring for individual career growth and great opportunities to learn at every stage of the career

Cons

Still a very young company and need lot of work to establish their footmarks in the enterprise projects across the Globe. Limited SAP projects and still has lot of chance to grow.
