      Salary was OK People from original Keane company were good to work with

      Cons

      limited opportunities to learn new technology no focused sales effort, so few opportunities to move to other assignments appraisal process was very poor Some of senior Caritor "leaders" were not

      average benefits, good vacation policy, average salary. better than most small IT service providers, if your manager is good then things will be better.

      Cons

      Salary is stagnant, no bonus, hours of work can stretch without being paid. Lot of lip service without doing anything concreate.
