1. Can gain good technical knowledge for freshers 2. Chances for onsite within 2 to 3 years.. based on the accounts 3. Not strict swipe time in considered.. depends on your manager 4.

Cons

1. Changes of promotion policies.. newly introduced certification programs which is good.. but the materials are not of industry standard 2. U might involve in both development and management work.. sometimes,managers delegate their management work and force u to do for the sake of promotion 3. salary too belowwwwww the industry standard 4. recuriting less skilled people and getting the work from them

Pathetic company for Experianced

If you are joining as a fresher then in 5 years you'll be PM.

Cons

Even though if you are a PM, you'll be earning very less than TL outside. This company is pathetic for experianced guys. if you are experianced between 2-3, be cautious before joinging only and ask the package by considering two years hike, because HR policies are so pathetic and old (Caritor era.. almost 5 years old) that they will not give you hike even after completing a year and half in company. HR change thier policies as per there conviniance not emploees. Project, onsite everything depends on your luck.
