      Great Experience/Resume Builder

      Pros

      Working with Fortune 500 Company and gaining the education and experience was a great way to build my resume. lots of opportunity in the organizations.....if they have a stable contract with the company.

      Cons

      Your bosses really have no idea what you are doing, as you and Keane are not allowed to have any performance feedback with the company's management. So, unless you screw something up, and they hear from the company, they think you're doing ok. I had no feedback from anyone.

      Pros

      My first assignment was a really good fit, subsequent assignments were based on my availability rather than finding a good fit.

      Cons

      Felt like I was being force fit into assignment because I was available rather that the position was a good match for my skills

      Great transition job after retiring from the U.S. Air Force

      Pros

      Highly competent staff and challenging work assignments. Role was a perfect fit for my past military experience and educational background. Competitive compensation package.

      Cons

      At the time I worked there they had a terrible expense reimbursement program. It took forever to get reimbursed. I would hope it has been replaced by now. Working at a remote client site there were limited opportunities to connect with the larger organization.
