      Pros

      It used to be a great place to work until they were bought out by a Captial Venture Group. They have great happy hours.

      Cons

      Poor management, hostile environment and never positive feedback, only negative. The employee morale is the worst I've seen in any company.

      Pros

      Pay was OK, and I was at a client site I loved. And the Keane PM methodology has stuck with me thru my career.

      Cons

      Being at a client site, I had almost zero interaction with Keane management. No appraisals, just a slight annual raise, There was also a strong bias toward replacing expensive American workers with "in-sourcing" indian workers on rotations.
