      Pros

      i've been with Keane for about one year. Soon after I joined the company, I regretted the decision based on the internal turmoil in the executive ranks .. HOWEVER, i believe the acquisition by NTT Data is going to be very positive for the future. I've had close interaction with senior leadership from Japan and am pleased at the direction they are looking to take us in.

      Cons

      However, John McCain needs to go. I see him as part of the old guard, and his mantra is only about the numbers. Not running a conglomerate.

      No one will interfere in your work, best and utmost freedom.

      Cons

      Greed took over and the acquisition/merger was a miserable failure. All good people are leaving or left. Individual accounts provide poor visibility to the Keane management, they do a lot of shoddy activities to keep revenue up, which leaves highly dissatisfied employees. HR has no clue on what they are upto. Employees who resign from the company get recruited by the client, and the company is happy to sell them for a few additional positions to keep the revenue levels up. No resource management, poor performance management. STAY AWAY PLEASE.
