      Staff augmentation engagement.

      Pros

      Strong national presence that seemed to support growth of their employees. I have heard excellent reviews of Keane nationally, the Richmond, Good salary and good benefits.

      Cons

      The Richmond, VA office seemed to be in over their heads. Several employees were in staff augmentation roles with very little management.

      Pros

      OK Salary and benefits. It rally depends on your manager. My direct manager only contacts me when necessary. Other managers I have worked with are great. Do not expect a pay raise in the future. Leave polidy for emergencies is very good.

      Cons

      Long hours depending on the customer. The customer is king and employees come second. Onboarding is missing or inadequate. You choose.

      Pros

      They provide a 401k and you get dental and health insurance. Pay checks are timely and managers are very professional.

      Cons

      Keane underpays their IT Staff. You will never get that big raise while working at Keane. On average I have received a 1% increase each year. When I was promoted, I received a 4% increase. Does that sound like a company you would want to work for?
