      good onsite oppurtunities. brand name good company to start up with. good for fresh hires.

      Cons

      Worst support projects No growth in terms of learning. Not care and attention to employees. Usage of local languages extensively within office premises without bothering whether co workers are understanding or not.

      Pros

      good for freshers, depends on project you work,if you are working for infrastructure support then its a good place to learn about architecture...but technically there is nothing to learn...good for system administrators.. in terms of experience its good...

      worst cafeteria,transport,company infrastructure is worst...we dont feel like working in a professional environment...

      Limited set of clients and attrition for the company is a major problem. Organic growth seems to be an impediment.
