      Unstable organization without a clear vision forward

      Pros

      Good size global organization with a variety of opportunities to advance or change jobs if your current position is not a good fit.

      Cons

      Lack of focus on the long term and an apparent inability to stick with a decision. While I recognize circumstances change, the management team continued to change on decisions and go back and forth which impacted divisions to progress and instilled a lack of confidence in management.

      Can learn a lot as a new joinee Good onsite opportunity Good growth opportunities in management route Company started to listen to employees' suggestions

      Cons

      Very less new projects in Chennai location so end up working in same old technology over and over again. Career growth in terms of technology not available for experienced No proper hierarchy in offshore teams so the project/account manager has to bear all the burden in guiding freshers. Very less experienced techies
