Work life balance (depends on project too) Cool work culture. Professional work environment. Supportive co-workers. You can get good pay scale if you have good negoceation skills

Poor management. this company was sold 2 times in last 3 years :( No / small raises once you are in. Not as good as it use to be 3 years back. average pay scale.
