      Most folks are very professional and the current management at KFSI has the potential to make a difference moving forward. It will all hinge on the ability to manage corporate expectations and educate them on the federal work environment.

      Decent Benefits, ability to control your schedule somewhat; you may have the opportunity to meet with good talented people during your tenure.

      Cons

      No strategic direction; management that does not have a clue, No offerings to sell to clients , high attrition rate, if you do have the opportunity to have a good team support your client , they will leave in 90 days or once a better firm comes along.
