      No so great workplace

      Pros

      Very generous compensation and benefits. Management really knows what they are doing and treats employees with respect. Very high level of competence. Lots of potential for growth and advancement.

      Cons

      There is a lot of bureaucracy associated with doing anything that has legal consequences. No proper recognition given to excellent team players.

      Nice and professional co workers for the most part Decent salary & benefits Structured hours, no overtime required

      Cons

      Lousy communication from my manager Manager not interested in what I ws doing, zero recognition Zero career growth, zero learning opportunities, zero hope for promotion Company is downsizing - losing floors - depressing environment Witness lots of stress and grumbling, esp. from long time employees

      Keane - A good PLace to learn as a fresher, but not for a career

      -> Good Place to learn especially for mainframe freshers. -> Good Onsite oppurtunities, but depends on the project ->

      Cons

      -> No clear growth path -> No recognition of good work done -> Too much politics -> NO clear policies for promotion/ appraisal -> Focus more on billing than individual growth -> Confused policies especially after Caritor acquired Keane
