      Very flexible work hours. No "micro-management". Status reporting and meetings are held at a minimum, Great client working trust and relationship.

      Poor on-boarding for new employees.

      Management - Not supportive to employees HR - Haste in taking decisions that affect employees career Pay - not as per industry standards If you are stuck in night shifts they you are gone They expect you to stretch - at all levels
