Pros
Keane has good health benefits. They have a severance package. The management is professional and they have a great SDLC methodology in place.
Cons
The raises average about 1% a year. They will always use the economy as a reason for a salary freeze. They did it in 2002 and they did it again in 2009. When the economy was in better shape back in 2004, they only were giving 2% raises. They don't train you in new technical skills and you will not go to new assignments unless you have several years of work experience in a skill. You will need to interview for new assignments within Keane, so there is no job security.
