Benefits were fairly good, salary wasn't terrible

Cons

Stressful environment, somewhat of an IT sweatshop. There is no room to move to a day shift if you are on the night shift. I would not recommend working here for long.

No career advancement - absolutely no guidance and feedback to employees. No clear plan available to employees to grow. Its all in your hands.
