      Onsite opportunities galore.. but on the downside you going to onside is entirely dependent on your rapport with the manager.

      Incompetence Teams are not self organizing Micro Management Favoritism prevails everywhere

      Very flexible work hours. No "micro-management". Status reporting and meetings are held at a minimum, Great client working trust and relationship.

      Cons

      Poor on-boarding for new employees.
