      Small time company with a very bad work culture,bad management and incompetent team members.

      Pros

      New hires undergo a good training on various domains before they work in the actual project.

      Cons

      Poor projects mostly maintenance or running same petty scripts day in and day out. Very long hours of working. Lack of recognition. Horrible managers who are very inefficient and know only to apply pressure on the team. Work culture is bad and benefits to employees even worse. No promotion or hike in salary even after 3 years of working in the same project. Night shifts and call center jobs if you are unlucky. New hires offered jobs but no joining dates given even after 2 years.

      Pros

      good place to work if you join as a fresher, work culture is good and get to learn a lot (depends on the project u are in)and ample responsiblities are provided at a very early stage in your career.

      Cons

      Any learning has to be self motivated, Technically competent people are very few in number..work is not very complicated and challenging if you wish to learn a lot .. exposure to technology is very limitted...Pay is average.

      Pros

      Receive a decent paycheck and good benefits. Get to do consulting for some very good clients. Get to work with interesting and knowledgeable people. Get to travel some.

      Cons

      Poor management decisions were made from 2007 thru 2009. Needless red tape. Little advancement opportunities recently. Short bench time between assignments for salaried employees before they are laid off.
