      Good place if you are senior employee or management, otherwise same as everywhere else.

      Pros

      Decent Salary - good benefits - access to latest technology I was a windows admin & had a good experience there. My managers left me alone to do what I needed to do. Overall - I enjoyed the experience there.

      Cons

      Regular employees didn't get great pay - nor did they get much respect. The typical managerial infighting was everywhere...

      Pros

      Most of the time it was fine, due to being left alone and working under the direction of the firm you were assigned to.

      Cons

      Seemed to be a lack of support from the management group with in Keane. When time came for annual review, was told I was not a team player, and released by the firm I had worked for for many years, regardless of the 15 years at Keane.
