Pros

Enormous momentum over last 2-3 years. Above market average growth, strong confidence. Attracted lots of talent from other premier firms. Killer offerings for productivity agenda of clients fuels growth. Probably best partnership model around: highly democratic, leadership tenure limits, no concentration of ownership, debt-free. Entrepreneurial culture. Global scale (60 offices, 40 countries) but no 'big-machine' feeling. Clear winner in industry where flawed governance structures failed.

Cons

Need to enhance value proposition to top 10% partners. Some internal processes could be simpler.

Growing firm with great projects! Best firm after MBB. Better exit opportunities and prestige than accounting firms like Deloitte and PWC.

Cons

Work life balance Compensation at manager/principal levels could be better.
