      nothing that I can think of really

      disorganized upper management who just worked for peanuts and never came to the office; dreadful working environment that looked like the house of horror; some employees should have been working at the junkyard rather than in an accounting department

      Local, Community-based. Not much more to say honestly.

      Cons

      Poor management from the top with low employee morale as a result, very LOW pay for the consistent stress you must endure here, inter-department dramatics, lack of resources which makes it feel like some sort of third-world facility. Just not a pleasant work environment. Did I mention the drama?
