I do not know how anyone stays at this place. If you look at the average tenure of the sales team it is less than 2 years for good reason. The management ( especially the CEO ) is a dangerous combination of arrogance and ignorance. Someone called him an Elon Musk want to be. They have very unrealistic expectations from both a sales and work expectations. It is run like an authoritarian monarchy with zero people skills. Should you try to bring up anything that could be improved upon, you will be terminated within a few weeks. At one point an entire division left within 3 months as they had enough. A direct quote from someone in management was " my biggest issue is employee retention and trying to backfill the open roles". That speaks volumes.

Pros

Good product. Bonuses each month. Outside of that nothing really good to say.

Cons

Account Management roles carry significant expectations for expansion and pipeline generation, which can feel closer to a hybrid AM/AE role. Quotas may depend heavily on renewal timing and customer budgets, not just activity. As the company grows, priorities and processes can shift quickly, requiring constant adaptation. Managing a broad portfolio while pursuing growth opportunities can stretch bandwidth, and success often depends on coordination across multiple teams. Like many scaling tech companies, organizational changes can occur, so stability may vary with market conditions.

Pros

If you work here long enough there will eventually come a point when the late night slack calls, insults, and petty outbursts of the CEO no longer bother you. The random firings, the hyper aggressive emails (Strength and Honor?), the absence of management, training, thought leadership or meaningful progress will seem slightly odd, but no longer worth caring about. You will finally realize that this company is a joke; and while you may have wasted some time here, at least you will leave with enough horror stories to regal future colleagues for years to come. At that point you will fine peace. Namaste.

Cons

Keeper is a chaotic environment. This is true from the individual contributor level to the most senior roles, and across every department. There is no management layer because no serious professionals will put up with the level of disrespect and abuse that the CEO and CTO level on employees. At least a dozen senior leaders have joined an left in the last two years alone. These are professionals with decades of expertise. Instead of seeing this as a signal that something is wrong, the CEO immediately slanders them and calls them weak (yes he actually says that). The minimal management that does exist is laughably small for a company of Keeper's size and they have only survived by being yes men. That means no creativity, no expert opinion, no strategy. The entire operation is the CEO and CTO. It's the thinking of a 30 person company, not a 300 person company. As a result, the CEO and CTO attempt to "manage" all the way down to individual contributors. That means attacks, insults, public embarrassments, and harassment at all hours of the day. It really doesn't matter what role you're in. At some point the CEO or CTO will call you to scream about something. The ICs and low level managers that last more than 6 months do so through luck, or by deftly passing blame to someone else in the organization. Again, that leaves no space for the things that make a business successful. There is no collaboration, There is no passion. HR exists to perform terminations, not cultivate talent. Engineering fixes rushed deployments instead of innovating. Marketing SPAMs higher volumes instead of testing new strategies. Product... well, product doesn't actually event exist, but you get the point. It's impossible for a company to operate this way for long and the day it all falls apart is closer than anyone is willing to admit out loud. In short, there is no reason to join this company. For those of you still there, I wish you well and hope you know that the grass really is greener on the other side.
