      Pros

      The team at a certain company Keeper is undeniably an extraordinary group of talented and innovative individuals I've encountered throughout my career. The company offers competitive compensation and remarkable opportunities for career growth. It's a place where you can truly excel in your field and become the best version of yourself. Your ideas will be valued, allowing you to refine your skills—a truly fulfilling experience. The atmosphere reminds me of the camaraderie and drive found in a winning sports team.

      Cons

      While Keeper’s ambitions are commendable, it may not be the perfect fit for everyone. The company sets high goals and occasionally embraces challenging situations, making it a potentially stressful environment for those who prefer a more relaxed pace. I'd suggest this opportunity to seasoned professionals, as new employees are expected to hit the ground running. Conflicting philosophies can arise, so being prepared to defend your ideas, and justify your work is essential. The CEO is incredibly driven, and he expects the same level of dedication from his employees.

      Don't put much weight in the negative reviews.

      Pros

      Exciting product that actually does what it's intended to. If you're in sales, you pretty much have to be either lazy or a moron to not be able sell this product. New CRO is big on metrics. But let's face it, Those metrics are intended to make you better at selling. Company offers decent benefits and compensation (even better if you can sell). Keeper does company events and sends gifts and swag periodically. It's a small thing but is a good moral booster.

      Cons

      C-Level is a little quirky...but aren't we all to a degree. Not sure if this is a con, but they company is competitive. So acting fast, working hard (and long) is part of the corporate culture. Work life balance exists (just don't use that as an excuse to meet your quota).
