We understand with a complicated Cybersecurity product such as ours, it can not always be the right fit for all sales professionals. Keeper's sales organization has very open and transparent sales metrics. All sales team members are aware of where they are falling in regards to our KPIs/Quotas, and actively coached when identified as being in danger of not being able to meet those metrics. Sometimes ultimately our product isn't always the right fit for some types of sales professionals, and we wish you the best in finding that perfect fit for your sales style and personal growth goals!

Pros

Lots of talented developers. Plenty of learning opportunities. Decently stocked kitchen, and clean office. Decent yearly bonuses. The product is solid, which makes working on it both challenging and rewarding.

Cons

Within the first month of employment, CTO asked to post a positive review to boost Glassdoor rating, which seems inorganic. Base salary took a fair deal of negotiation. No 401(k) match during my employment. No stocks/options during my employment. Most dev teams did not follow Agile methodology, which lead to constantly shifting priorities. Multiple large projects juggled at once made feature work progress slowly, frustrating management and putting pressure on the teams to work overtime quite often. CTO was too heavily involved in low-level product decisions. Management (especially the CEO) did not take kindly to any kind of criticism, constructive or not. Lastly, culture-wise, there's was not a whole lot of team building/outings, which made the other teams feel like strangers that you happened to work with from time to time.

Pros

Nothing that I know of.

Cons

Working here was one of the most toxic and unstable experiences of my career. The turnover rate is genuinely alarming, easily among the worst I’ve ever seen, it’s a revolving door. People are dismissed for arbitrary reasons, and many others quit because the environment quickly becomes unbearable. Employees disappear faster than you can learn their names. There’s a reason this company is always hiring, most people don’t last longer than 6 to 12 months. Leadership at headquarters relies heavily on micromanagement and pressure rather than support. Instead of direction, you face constant stress, unrealistic expectations, and criticism the moment you fall slightly behind on KPIs. Psychological safety simply does not exist. Communication is chaotic and inconsistent. Policies change on a weekly or quarterly basis without explanation, and leadership in HQ contradicts each other regularly. The “rules” shift depending on who is in charge that day, making it impossible to feel stable or focused. Morale stays low, and burnout happens fast. People aren’t treated like professionals, they’re treated as disposable. Stability? None. Support? None. This place functions only because it continually hires new staff to replace those who leave. Unless you’re comfortable with instability, constant pressure, and a culture of burnout, I strongly recommend avoiding this company. If you value your mental well-being, run. There are far healthier and more supportive workplaces out there. The overall ratings here speak for themselves and honestly, they should be even lower.

We respectfully disagree with this characterization of Keeper Security. Our employee turnover rate is in line with industry averages for companies of our size and sector, and we continue to hire because we are experiencing rapid, sustained growth—not instability. Keeper operates in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where clear expectations, accountability, and continuous improvement are core to our success. While different environments suit different people, we operate with clear standards, consistent decision-making, and a strong commitment to a healthy, professional workplace. We are proud of the dedicated professionals who choose to grow their careers at Keeper and remain confident in our leadership, culture, and long-term direction.
