I'm a dev that actually works here at Keeper. After many years working for big companies with the layers and layers of corporate overhead and slow decision making and slow development cycle, working at Keeper is like a breath of fresh air. The environment is friendly, co-workers are smart, and the tools and technology we use are cutting edge.

Pros

Very casual atmosphere, flexible hours. I've been working at Keeper for 3 years as a Senior Software Engineer. Great team to work with, always willing to help each other. Management is great, they work with you when needed but don't micro manage. Salary very competitive with the Bay area.

Cons

Things can be stressful at times but that comes with this line of work. I've been in some high pressure situations with management here and we all stay calm and work through it.
