      It's a paycheck. Still, don't do it unless you love torturing yourself.

      Cons

      The company is in an extremely volatile state. The pay is awful, and the benefits are BEYOND awful. They put profit before their client. The C-level and managers bully people but they are allowed to get away with it because of seniority. The emotional abuse I experienced from working at this company went so bad that I started having night terrors. People with integrity will not do well at this place.

      Wow. Can’t say enough good things about this company. The moment I met Sean Elder in the interview process I knew this was going to be a place that I would work for a very long time. Instantly hit it off. This is by far the best place I’ve worked in my 17 years of sales. In addition to Sean Elder, James Pickard and Dylan Delaquila have been amazing leaders and will make sure they dedicate the time and resources to make sure you are successful. Our executive leadership lead by Darren Guccione and Craig Lurey are also fantastic leaders and will not hesitate to jump on a call to assist with a customer. Very rare have I seen C-Level leaders with willing to get in the trenches with their front line employees. Remote work, great pay, sounds cliche, but this has seriously been my dream job. The past 3 years here have been incredible.

      There are always things that we can do to get better, but the benefits of working here make any potential “cons” irrelevant.
