Great Engineers! Not-So-Great Management...

Pros

During my employment, the engineers were all professional, friendly, and encouraging. They were fantastic to work with and showed their appreciation on a regular basis. Keller puts on amazing summer and Christmas parties for their employees and does a good job at bringing everyone together. Annual raises and bonuses.

Cons

Lack of concern for work/life balance. Keller claims to care, but in reality, they don't. Employee burnout is common. Unethical management and HR; horrible office politics. I am far from a feminist so hesitate to state this, but Keller definitely shows discrimination against women. If you're a part of the good ol' boys club, however, you can get away with murder.

Keller management values their employees (& they show it) They make every effort to let employees work in their preferred area(s) - i.e. fit the job to the employee rather than vice versa Keller provides opportunities to learn, advance, and grow in your career

Cons

Some recent growth pains with transition from small to mid-size company

Pros

Engineering company that does handle a wide variety of projects

Cons

Management sucks, they only care about the bottom line. They treat most of the support staff as less than human. They do not want to work on helping the employees improve and advance in their skills. There is NO diversity in the entire company, all white male engineers with one or two women, and no other races.
