The administration and fellow staff were very supportive, Involved, and I had great Co-Workers.

Cons

Principals need to keep a closer eye on teacher's who just show up for the pay check and don't actually teach.

Pros

Keller ISD is a great place to work. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working for this district. The number of passionate people who work together for a common goal can't be beat. If you are looking for a job, I would definitely recommend working here.

Cons

Campus leadership varies greatly. For me it was excellent for a few years then just okay for a few years.
