Co-workers are amazing Flexible schedules Work from home option (1 day a week)

Cons

Pay is the worst in the area (we received a 1% raise last year, and that’s the first raise received since I have been employed). Classroom teachers make more. (Check out Keller ISD pay scales, specifically classroom teachers, OT,PT pay scale, and SLP is on librarians, counselor & diagnostician scale) Leadership doesn’t support SLPs High caseloads
