Without teamwork there is nothing good that can happen.

Cons

People back-stab you over the most miniscule things. Actions are not viewed as positive and protective even though they are. If other people desire you to be gone, the admin will bow down without proper investigation. This is prevalent on many campuses, especially the TC area.
