+Salary +District notoriety +No staff meetings before or after school

Cons

-Admin unfair T-Tess. Will mark you low so on their side they can say they are “growing” teachers -PLC is too admin driven and teachers are given additional tasks to complete with no input -Too data driven. Little emphasis on anything other than data from admin. -Admin have little experience in the classroom. Most have done the minimum and move up. -This district is up your butt in the classroom. Admin / instructional coach always in teachers rooms. Annoying. -Lesson plan templates long and time consuming.

The teacher is the least important person on the staff. Literally the receptionists and office staff have more control over processes in this district than the teachers that make the district possible.
