Students are great and I enjoy working with them. At my particular campus, the administration is very supportive and student success is the focus. Overall, a great district.

Cons

Not all campuses have such supportive administrators. Some promotions within the district are questionable.The insurance rates are very expensive.

Pros

Innovation and forward thinking. I love a challenge and I enjoy being able to interact with people. My coworkers and many in leadership are encouraging and allow me to take initiative to move forward with and develop ideas.

Cons

Not everyone is ready to move forward with us and that causes challenges. Although teams are great, teams that are too large pose their own issues. Within our offices, we have forward thinkers, yet the forward motion may not always be aligned which causes conflict.
