Pros

Once I picked the school(s) I wanted to work at, I got to know the staff and they were great! Along with working in the classroom, I was given the opportunity to work in the office. Nice to know I could fill-in where needed.

Cons

Like any district, the atmosphere of each building is a bit different. In some buildings I was welcomed and appreciated, in others I was treated rather rudely.
