Information and knowledge sharing, strong sense of camaraderie, significant number of relevant training opportunities, profit sharing program, focus on building agent's brand (not company's).

Pros

Excellent support in a very positive, dynamic environment. Strong with information sharing which is vital in such a constantly changing market. training resources are abundant.

Cons

No health benefits are provided - but that's rare in the industry unless you're in management. There are several hundred agents who have their license hung at this office, so if you're looking for an intimatevsmall office setting, this office is not for you.
