Pros

Support on all levels and the company is founded on Christian principles and leadership. There is no pressure to be part time or full time. It's what works best for you right now. The feeling I get is God first, your family second, and business third. When everything is in order, it is a lot harder to fail but instead you stay encouraged to do your very best.

Cons

None with KW but in real estate, you must be a self starter. Your business will be what you make of it and what you put into it. Every market is different, but you have to be able to change with the market to stay on top of your game!

Pros

You drive your own career, but are given mentors from day one. But the mentors aren't really there to help you, they are there for profit sharing. The Millionaire Real Estate Agent (MREA) model is a great one if you actually use it. Most don't. They sit around and waste your time.

Cons

Unprofessional environment. Real estate agents are NOT intelligent people. The model is good, if you apply it, but residential real estate is not a good field to be in in general.
