Pros

I would love to work at the place I love to shop and get to see all new items coming into the store. I also look forward to giving a great customer service to all the incoming customers coming into the store everyday.

Cons

The only thing about working at this place is that I'm not going to like working every weekend. I'm looking for this part-time job as a temporary thing at the moment in which I need a little extra cash.

Pros

Good pay, nice benefits, good entry level Job in industry. You get a variety of exposure to industry standards and interworkings of large companies.

Cons

Almost impossible to get ahold of supervisor, on site supervisor is not there often and comes more to socialize. Management will overwork you and not think twice about it. If the company decides to more than double your work load kelly will not speak up on your behalf and say that you can manage. Expectations on you to arrive early and stay late without financial compensation. And the positions are typically shift work on the DuPont schedule.
