Pros

The ability to work from home

Cons

Upper management - corrective action happy. Constantly threatens Advisors, Team Leads and Supervisors with corrective action. Company would not have as high of turn over rate if the company took better care training advisors. No work life balance - forces leadership to work all holidays - even if said holiday falls on scheduled day off. Company does not pay leadership for holiday time and figures out ways to not pay advisors. Pay is not competitive. Benefits are terrible - expensive and provides little coverage.

Pros

Weekly pay, not much else is good.

Cons

No flexible scheduling, no dispute process for customer review, they will fire you if you are in the hospital for an extended time. Even if you are on medical leave.

Once you reach management the benefits are pretty good. I love working from home.

Cons

Not enough bonuses or incentive for employees in management.
