Pay, advancement opportunities and hours worked

Cons

They only hire within for advanced enemy opportunities which would be fantastic but this is a disaster for the company because many of the people they put in leadership positions are not trained on leadership or management. The down fall of this company has started within leadership. Also the training department needs revamping as well all of these favors play into a heavy turn over rate. I have never been employed at a place where leadership makes working with the company unbearable. So if you are looking for a job with structure, competent leadership and great employee relations I wouldn’t advise working with this company

Pros

Schedule, flexibility for personal needs, compensation, training is fairly inclusive and reaching with knowledge access/resources readily available, most immediate management is amiable.

Cons

Policy and metric changes, metric based system which puts responsibility primarily on the advisor,fear/strong hand based tactics induce stress but very little consequences enforced; major stressor for many, much like most jobs management is a toss of a coin, between being left to your own devices, or micromanaged.
