Pay is better than a lot of other virtual companies Employed and able to work overtime throughout pandemic Lots of advancement opportunities

Cons

Pay isn’t worth workload No benefits Unrealistic schedule makes it impossible to have a work life balance Attendance policy sucks ( even with proof of power or internet outages ) Never no time for VTO Only given 5pto days per year doesn’t matter how much OT is done

Work From Home environment, they ship equipment to you, team leads are great and understanding.

Cons

At the time I was there, there was no benefit package. Can't be stressful at times taking three chats in their busy season
