Pros

It's easy work but I imagine it depends on the company you're placed with.

Cons

The recruiter had no idea what to expect for the position. There's no communication after the job starts with the people from Kelly.

Pros

Work from home position. That's really the only pro to this job. But even then people were hawking on you for every little thing.

Cons

Management had their heads up their rears the entire time. Didn't listen to the advisors in the slightest and continued to make massive mistakes. Many advisors were completely off tasks for hours on end and had no disciplinary action taken. Others took 3 minutes too long on a call and were hounded to oblivion.

Pros

> Excellent rewards, benefits, Incentives (by the far the best in the industry that I know) > Transparent communication across levels but sometimes complex if it comes from different channels. > Good managers who are client and market oriented thus making me want to run at all times. > Fair in employee practices and HR always thinks for the employees first. They have so many programs, practices all keeping employees in mind. HR is very just, approachable and fair.

Cons

Too many training programs at TL level, please add more at the next level so we can benefit. We need a good intranet please, the generation loves such platforms.
