Pros

Pay is higher than minimum wage. You get benefits even though it is a seasonal job. Higher pay if you're bilingual. If you do good, you can get really far. Great communication between company and employee. Organized system. Great for gaining skills and experience that will serve you later on for other jobs.

Cons

You start off as a contractor for the companies they get employees for. If you do not do your best, expect to be there only a couple months.

They have a staff that doesn't speak for its employees, they work to hard and don't offer any type of assistance.

Pros

You can get introduced to a variety of companies with little no no long term commitment

Cons

If you get laid off from a seasonal position ie., tax software support october thru april..they will fight tooth and nail to make sure you don't get unemployment..make sure you document EVERYTHING ..who you talked with at your exit interview..who you gave your updated resume to..follow up and contact them 24 hours, 36 hours, 72 hours etc.. to stay qualified so they will look for other work..or to keep you qualified to collect unemployment "just in case"
