Pros

Great opportunities for growth within the company. In most aspects, Kelly is very good at recognizing the efforts of its employees. Great internal resources to turn to for all aspects of the job.

Cons

Starting out as an in-house temp, and going through the process to become full-time is a drag. It doesn't seem as though upper level managers understand much of the work that goes into daily operations, and the employees see that and get discouraged quickly.

I was screened for the job fairly efficiently and quickly. It went downhill from there though.

Cons

They hired me for a job in September. I still have not started orientation a month and a half later. I cannot get in touch with the reps. Their voice mail is full. My emails go unanswered. I tried contacting a general email through their website since I couldn't get through to the local office and got an auto response to my very detailed explanation in email. The aut response told me to fill out a form on their website. The link was broken and didn't work. I am frustrated beyond belief with this company but still would like to do the job I was hired for.

Flexible manager who really took my career into his hands and ensured I gained excellent exposure and development. I gained great regional training and a strong network with peers. Working with a large fortune 500 was a interesting experience that expanded my horizons

Cons

Huge work hours and work load. There were alot of senior management changes just after I left
