      Pros

      You work from home and get to meet new people and get to work with great products

      Cons

      There is no room for advancement in the company unless you know people or if your numbers are just A+. One bad survey can ruin your stats for a whole month. They have black out periods where you cant schedule off. The customers can call you everything but your name and you are suppose to deal with it. You get no incentives for working with them its ridiculous. They treat the customers better than their own employees and that is why the turnover rate is extremely high

      Pros

      Kelly was my first job in recruiting and I was able to learn so much very quickly. They have an excellent training program mostly done online with webinars through their training crew. The amount of resources, both required and optional, offered through the Kelly Learning Center is phenomenal. I developed very quickly into a proficient Staffing Supervisor and had an awesome team to turn to if I ever had questions or needed assistance.

      Cons

      Working in RPO has its challenges, as does any industry. However, I believe Kelly is a top notch service provider and I loved working there.
