      Pros

      If you have a car, they can help you find a job that will help you to last a long time

      Cons

      One challenge that I could see is not having a car. If you have a car, there usually is not problem, but if you didn't have a car, there could sometimes be problems with finding a job. But I suppose that is the case in trying to find a job anywhere.

      Pros

      They are like Kmart in that many know their name so they use them based on the fact that they don't know any other temp agency names.

      Cons

      You are treated as a temp at all times. Customer is always right. Jobs are offered using favoritism. Increases are non existent even at long term positions. Nothing pro-active about finding new positions either. You are not treated as an individual as a 'contract' employee is treated even though you are under contract. Maybe because the contract is for the position and not the person?
