Pros

Working from home and no commute

Cons

LOW Pay! 10 per hour. 6 weeks of training and leave training without a clue of whats going on. Everything is based of customer satisfaction surveys. Every survey I received was because customer was not happy with Apple or the product, but my job was at stake because of customers not satisfied with Apple. You receive fake test phone calls when calls volume is low. Calls from management creating fake cases and fake surveys. Bonus constantly changing, no bonus over 60 dollars. Force advisors to do screen share with customer, because Kelly is unable to compete with Enterprise. Force screen share to boost stats and survey scores. Practice being a happy ROBOT! This is not regular customer service/tech support pay is to Low for the amount of BS you have to put up with! You will dreed logging in each day and pray you phone does not ring! I have worked customer service for years and did not dreed my phone ringing! To sum it Up! THIS JOB SUCKS!!!!

Pros

The local office recruiter is very nice.

Cons

The corporate office doesn't care. I was receiving unemployment from an existing claim which was just about to end anyway. I was on a week assignment with Kelly Services. When it ended you have to 're-open' your existing unemployment claim and unemployment has to investigate why it ended. Well they did and everything was okay as the local Kelly office agreed verified why it ended and the decision was my unemployment could continue. Well I get a notice filed by Kelly Services Corporate office that they appealed the decision and has arranged for a hearing over the phone with a Judge. I called their office and they said that it didn't matter that they were not a part of my existing claim. They would be my last employer from their viewpoint and therefore would have to pay me should I open a future claim. That does not seem right or fair at all. How can they appeal something because they don't want to pay you in the future sometime down the road. I think they appeal every decision that comes to their office because of greed. Just know that if you work for Kelly Services and it ends and you want to file for unemployment they will deny it no matter what.
