Pros

They always had appropriate assignments for me. I liked the flexibility of doing temp work. They were able to put me to work quickly and keep me busy. I appreciated being able to change my days/hours of availability to accommodate my personal life.

Cons

I had no negative experience with them. They always kept their promises to me. As a temporary worker, I felt they really cared about me. Once again the flexibility was real plus.

Job not worth the hassle

Pros

Working from home was a change. I was excited about working as a Apple iOS tech support agent. They supplied me with everything I'd need to complete my job.

Cons

They supply you with many things to get you going. After about 3 weeks into the training I got a job offer I could not refuse. I immediately contacted Kelly and resigned. They told me to pack everything up and they will be sending a Shipping label. Everything was boxed up and after about a week of waiting for the label to come it finally did. After a month of nothing I am now getting a letter saying that they did not receive all of the equipment and that I am either incompetent of shipping it all or a thief and they will one way or another get it back. The icing on the cake for me is they have "made numerous attempts" to contact me. With them having my email and home/cellphone numbers I find it had to believe that they attempted any contact with me since the one letter I received a month later is all I have got. After calling the number I was given in the letter I felt even more insulted. Not only did they Rep act as though I was criminal and not offer any help. He said I should not have called at 9:30pm (I'm sorry my new much better job requires me to work late at times) and would need to call back in the morning. All I wanted to know was who I need to get in contact with over this matter. Someone lost/stole the device and it wasn't me. He just blew me off. What a joke is all I have to say.
