HR is disconnected from what goes on with upper management -Managers hired from within with no credentials -They are rude dishonest & racist, cannot be trusted! -If your client was Apple the employees took the hit on the surveys when the customers had complaints about Apple and Kelly wanting the contract so bad did not fight for the employees! Overall a poor staffing agency to work for! Paid for customer service but was expected to act and perform like engineers!

People would talk about each other in the district I worked in and it made it hard because staff would not directly talk to one another but would behind their backs. Benefits are very pricey and hardly any doctors accept the insurance plan that is offered.
