Pros
Only pro was the networking experience I gained.
Cons
Insurance plans are horrible. There’s no work life balance. Management will contact you after hours. They don’t care If you live in an area that is often impacted by natural disasters. You’re expected to be in office regardless of the weather conditions. They don’t tell you during the hiring process that holiday weeks are blackout weeks. Employees that have senior status get their PTO approved and the remaining had to discuss which days we would be in the office. Forced to have single coverage in the office while everyone else in the company was either remote or off for the holiday. Training is horrible. The company is outdated and refuses to change. They overwork recruiters. They will throw things that are not in your job duties at you and refuse to give you a raise when you’re preforming the job of 3 people.
