Positive working environment. Good platform to learn and growth. Received good guidance, coaching and mentoring from the lead and senior staffs. Supportive team. Work life balance.

Lack of senior officer in the team, as result junior officer required to take up senior role (at the positive side is an opportunity to growth and learn)

Pros

Pace of growth and change creates endless opportunities for learning and career development. Thinking is constantly challenged and you are encouraged not to spend too long in your comfort zone. Being at the forefront of thinking in the talent solutions space means constant change and innovation and never resting on what you already know - but if you want continuous fast development, learning and an agile environment surrounded by like minded peers - there are not many places like it. Workload and travel can get heavy but you have a lot of flexibility to offset this. Very client centric in its focus. Flat and collaborative org structure globally. Clear direction and strategy. Fun people with hard work ethic and sense of humour.

Cons

No real downside - normal challenges of trying to achieve a work life balance but at the same time, seeing places I never saw, learning new stuff everyday and having a lot of laughs along the way.
