Pros
Leadership in my team that has no power over the entire company. I am literally still in this company because my team is great. Other than that.. we all agreed it's the only thing keeping us here, we are all paid way too low.
Cons
Here are a few major cons: 1. Pay is so low it's a slap in the face every paycheck, my whole teams lives in an VHCOL area . My salary is about 20k-30k lower than the average in this area (comparing my job title to other roles). 2. Unpaid leave for parents, ridiculous to even state they offer two weeks. 3. Employee surveys, yet no changes or even feedback. 4. Low pay. 5 . Low pay. 6. Low pay. 7. Benefits suck. 8. Low pay. 9. Low pay. 10. Did I mention low pay?
