      Benefits for a large company are OK

      Cons

      They will expect a lot of OT and will rearrange Sr. Management who then reorgs the entire department. No Loyalty and only cost savings leaving the remaining employees to pick up the difference.

      Solid, stable, senior leadership. Sets strategy and vision and works hard to communicate and execute that plans. Commitment to their workforce (training, ethical behavior, achievable expectations)

      Cons

      Highly matrixed so you have to be able to influence outcomes without having complete control of the resources. not for everyone. But it forces you to learn how to negotiate!
